Never enter your BetNeptune email or password anywhere except the operator's own site, www.betneptune.com. This page, and every other page on betneptune.co.uk, is information only. We cannot see or reset your account.
How to log in, step by step
-
Step 1: Go to the official site
Type www.betneptune.com into your browser or use our link. Check the address bar before you type anything: the login form only lives on the operator's own domain.
-
Step 2: Press "Login" at the top right
A small window opens on the same page. There is no separate login page, so if a site sends you to a different address to "log in to BetNeptune", close it.
-
Step 3: Enter your email and password
The form asks for the email address you registered with and your password. There is an eye icon to show the password while you type it, and no username field.
-
Step 4: Forgotten your password?
Use the "Forgot your password?" link under the fields to start a reset by email. If that fails, the "Need help? Support Center" link on the same form opens the operator's help centre.
What the login form looks like
Pressing "Login" on the official site opened a small window headed "Login" with the BetNeptune logo above it. It has two fields, "Enter your email" and "Enter your password", a "Forgot your password?" link, a yellow "Login" button and a "Need help? Support Center" link. There is no username field, no "remember me" box and no sign-in through social accounts. If a form asks you for anything else, such as card details or a security code, you are not on the operator's login form.
If you cannot log in
Wrong email or password
Check that you are using the email address you registered with, not a different one. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you are unsure, use "Forgot your password?" to reset it by email rather than guessing repeatedly.
No reset email arrives
Look in your spam or junk folder and check that the address you typed is the one on the account. If nothing arrives, use the "Need help? Support Center" link, which opens the operator's help centre, and then the live chat.
Account restricted
The operator's terms allow it to restrict an account pending verification, on security grounds, or where you have set a time-out or self-exclusion. Only the operator can tell you which applies. If you set a self-exclusion, it cannot be undone during the period you chose; our responsible gambling page explains the tools and where to get support.
Region message
If you see a message saying the operator does not accept users from your region, you are connecting from a country where the site is not offered, or through a VPN that makes it look that way. BetNeptune is licensed for Great Britain; switch off any VPN and try again from a UK connection.
New to BetNeptune?
Registration happens through the "Join now" button next to "Login". You will be asked for personal details and to confirm you are 18 or over, and the operator's terms allow only one account per person and per household. Before you sign up, read the welcome offer terms, and check the payments guide so you pick a deposit method you can also withdraw to.
Getting support
The operator describes its support as available around the clock by live chat and email. The live chat is reached through the Cashier and Account menus once you are logged in, and the site's "Support" entry opens a help centre of articles covering bonuses, deposits and withdrawals, verification, games, sports queries and responsible gaming. We have deliberately not printed the operator's email address, so that you always contact it through its own site.
