The short version

Deposit methods

The operator's Deposits page lists eleven methods. We show them all, with the country notes the page itself gives, because some are plainly not for UK players. The page describes every method as instant. Where it states a minimum or maximum, it prints the figure with "€ / $" rather than a pound sign; we have kept the figures and the operator's own wording rather than guess at sterling equivalents.

MethodSpeed (as stated)Notes from the operator's page

PayPalInstantListed as available only to customers from the UK and Ireland.

To deposit you register, log in, open the Cashier, pick Deposit, choose a method and fill in the form. The site says it sends an email confirmation for each deposit. It does not list any deposit fees on the page; your own bank or e-wallet may charge you, so check with them.

Which deposit method should a UK player pick?

Our view: if you want a welcome offer, avoid Skrill and Neteller, because the offer terms have excluded them (and the page says they are not available to UK customers anyway). A debit card or PayPal keeps deposit and withdrawal on the same rails, which matters because the terms say withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with. Trustly and Payz have shorter published transfer times for withdrawals than cards and PayPal. paysafecard is handy for setting a hard budget, but it is not listed as a withdrawal method, so you would still need a card or e-wallet to cash out.

Withdrawal methods and times

The Withdrawals page ("Cashing Out") lists seven methods, each with a processing time and a transfer time. These are the operator's published figures, quoted as printed. We have not measured them ourselves, and the operator's terms let it hold a withdrawal until verification is complete.

MethodProcessingTransferNotes
Debit cards1 business day3–7 business daysThe page says Mastercard card withdrawals are not available because of issuer restrictions, and Visa card withdrawals are unavailable in some countries.
PayPal1 business day3–7 business days
Trustly1 business day3 business days
Payz1 business day3 business days
Neteller1 business day1 business dayListed as a withdrawal method, but the Deposits page says Neteller is not available to UK customers.
Instant Bank Payment1 business day1 business dayBank transfer processed through TrueLayer, per the page.
EFT by Swiffy1 business day3 business daysSouth Africa, Kenya and Nigeria only, per the Deposits page.

To withdraw, open the Cashier, choose Withdrawal, pick your method and submit the form. The terms add three things worth knowing: a request sits as "Pending" for 3 business days and can be cancelled in that window; a withdrawal request made while a bonus is still being wagered voids that bonus; and at least one successful deposit must have been made before any withdrawal.

Limits

The operator's terms cap withdrawals at €3,000 per week and €6,000 per month per account, with progressive jackpot wins paid in full, and say the operator may raise the limits at its discretion. The terms express most hard limits in euros and define the "$" symbol as whatever currency your account is registered in. Neither the Deposits nor the Withdrawals page states a minimum withdrawal; the cashier will show the figure for your method.

Verification (KYC)

ProgressPlay Limited checks identity at registration and again when it needs to. Its terms say a valid photo ID is required before the first withdrawal is processed, and that further checks are triggered when combined deposits and withdrawals across the operator's network reach €2,000, when key details on the account change, or when you try to withdraw to a method you did not deposit with. You may be asked for proof of address dated within three months and proof that a payment method is yours; card copies should have the middle eight digits and the security code covered. Our advice is to upload documents as soon as you register, so that a withdrawal is never waiting on paperwork.

Fees

No deposit or withdrawal fees are listed for cards, PayPal, Trustly, Payz, Neteller, Instant Bank Payment or EFT by Swiffy. The Withdrawals page does list fees for crypto assets, but no crypto method is visibly offered for deposits or withdrawals. The terms say that any fees charged by a payment provider are borne by the player, and that an account with no login for 12 months is charged an administrative fee of 5 euros a month after 30 days' notice, up to the balance. Keep an eye on dormant balances.

What shows on your statement

The Deposits page says card statements may show "ProgressPlay Limited", "Babaloo Limited" or "Babaloo CASHOO.EU", sometimes with a city. Babaloo Limited is named on the site as a payment processor, and the Withdrawals page lists "Babaloo Limited / ProgressPlay Ltd" as the payment identification for most methods. If you do not recognise a line on your statement, that is likely why.

If a payment goes wrong

The operator offers 24/7 support by live chat and email for deposit and withdrawal problems, and links to a help centre from both pages. We cannot help with account matters, so please go straight to the support options on www.betneptune.com. Our login help page explains where to find them. If you cannot resolve a complaint, the terms set out a complaints process and an independent dispute body.

Frequently asked questions

Which deposit methods can UK players use at BetNeptune?
Going by the operator's own notes on its Deposits page: debit cards, PayPal (UK and Ireland only), Apple Pay, paysafecard, Trustly, MuchBetter and Payz. Credit cards are not available to UK players, and Neteller and Skrill are listed as unavailable to UK customers. Neosurf and EFT by Swiffy are for other countries.
How long do BetNeptune withdrawals take?
The operator's Withdrawals page gives "1 business day" processing for every method, then a transfer time that depends on the method: 1 business day for Neteller and Instant Bank Payment, 3 business days for Trustly, Payz and EFT by Swiffy, and 3 to 7 business days for cards and PayPal. Its terms also say a request shows as "Pending" for 3 business days, during which you can cancel it.
Is there a minimum withdrawal?
The Withdrawals page does not state one. The operator's terms say you must have made at least one successful deposit before you can withdraw, and that withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with. Check the cashier for the figure that applies to your method.
Are there withdrawal limits?
The operator's terms set a maximum of €3,000 per week and €6,000 per month per account, with progressive jackpot wins exempt and a note that the operator may raise the limits at its discretion. The terms express these in euros; for a sterling account the cashier will show the applicable figure.
Will I have to verify my identity?
Yes, at least once. The terms say a valid photo ID is required to process your first withdrawal, and that identity checks are triggered when combined deposits and withdrawals across the operator's network reach €2,000, when key account details change, or when you withdraw to a new method. Proof of address and proof of the payment method may be requested. Doing this early avoids a held withdrawal later.
What name appears on my bank statement?
The Deposits page says card statements may show "ProgressPlay Limited", "Babaloo Limited" or "Babaloo CASHOO.EU", sometimes with a city name. Babaloo Limited is named on the site as a payment processor for BetNeptune. Withdrawals list "Babaloo Limited / ProgressPlay Ltd" or, for Instant Bank Payment, "Truelayer Limited / ProgressPlay Ltd" as the payment identification.

Ready to deposit?

Register on the official site, verify your ID early, and pick a method that you can also withdraw to. The cashier shows the exact limits for your account currency.
