Why the offer is on hold
BetNeptune's published bonus terms disagree on wagering and on how long a bonus lasts. Read the operator's current terms before you sign up. The operator's terms and conditions page is the document that counts, and it wins if anything here differs.

Things that apply to any bonus here
Real balance first
The operator's general bonus rules say your real money is staked before bonus funds, and only bets made with bonus funds count towards a wagering requirement.
A withdrawal request voids active and pending bonuses
If you ask to withdraw while a bonus is still being wagered, the bonus funds are removed.
One sport welcome bonus across the network
ProgressPlay Limited runs many brands. Its terms cap each person at one sport welcome bonus across that network, so if you have already taken a sports welcome offer at a sister site, you may not qualify here.
The casino welcome package
BetNeptune also publishes a casino welcome package on the promotions page's Casino tab. It is held here for the same reason: see operator terms before you deposit.
Other promotions on the site
The promotions page also lists a series of sports offers, including a weekend sports cashback with a promo code, an accumulator boost that applies automatically to qualifying multiples, and event-specific offers around football and motor racing. Those change often and carry their own terms, so we do not reproduce them here. The promotions page on the official site is the place to read them, and our review explains how it is organised.
